Oregon and Oklahoma enact juvenile competency to stand trial procedures in their juvenile justice statutes

Two states that were among the few without juvenile competency to stand trial procedures when this topic was posted (as of the end of the 2013 legislative sessions) have since enacted provisions.  Oklahoma's juvenile competency to stand trial provision will be effective January 1, 2016 and Oregon's change was effective January 1, 2014.
