The JJGPS team adds a new topic on Tribal Delinquency Jurisdiction.

The Juvenile Justice GPS has added a topic to the Racial and Ethnic Fairness menu area describing the state policy landscape governing the placement of court jurisdiction for American Indian and Alaska Native youth charged with delinquency offenses. The topic is based on statute reviews and sweeps of state online resources. Clicking-on a state drills into succinct details and links for additional information. The topic is also highlighted among many other reform practices in state summaries which enable state to state comparisons on policy, practice, and statistics where available.
