The Vermont's Children and Family Council for Prevention Programs and the Department for Children and Families, Vermont Agency of Human Services completed an assessment in 2014 for several local jurisdictions. Data was assessed from 2009 to 2011 for all minority youth. Decision points assessed included referral, diversion, court diversion, and transfer to adult court. Research methods included descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis.
