Summary

There is currently no data sharing occurring between the West Virginia Children and Family Services (CFS) and the West Virginia Supreme Court Division of Probation Services at the state level. Previous workgroups and committees have met develop a way to share data between CFS and courts, but have not been able to implement data sharing at this time. There are currently no examples available for data sharing at the local level.
